Is the price fixed, or can it rise during the ride?+
Fixed. The price you see at booking is the total. No meter ticking up, no mid-ride adjustments, no surprises afterwards. Including VAT, luggage, waiting time and the Schiphol pickup fee.
Is a taxi to Schiphol more expensive than the train?+
Yes, a taxi costs more than public transport. Amsterdam example: train €5-6 vs taxi €45. But you get door-to-door service, no changes with luggage, and 24/7 availability. With 2+ passengers the per-person gap is often small.
Why is there such a difference between sedan and minivan?+
A minivan (Mercedes V-Class) is a larger vehicle and costs more to buy, fuel and maintain. But with 5+ passengers the price per person is always better than two sedans.
Do I get an invoice for a business expense claim?+
Yes, straight to your inbox after booking and/or after the ride. For business clients we can also provide a monthly Net 30 invoice with a PO reference.
