We follow your flight using professional flight data, linked to the flight number you provide when booking. That way we spot a delay or an early landing in good time.
Status on your booking page
Your personal booking page shows the current flight status and the updated pickup time. On a major change we inform you and the driver.
Pickup matched to your flight
The pickup time is matched to the live flight status rather than a fixed time — so the driver is ready when you land.
60-min buffer
Standard 60 minutes of free waiting after the originally scheduled landing time. Enough for security, baggage and double-checks.

Frequently asked questions
What if my flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes?+
Waiting beyond 60 minutes is €0.75/minute, which we agree with you up front. On a large delay (2+ hours) we get in touch to walk through alternatives — for instance moving the pickup to your replacement flight time.
Does this work for all airports?+
Full monitoring for Schiphol (AMS), Rotterdam The Hague (RTM) and Eindhoven (EIN). For pickups to the airport we use OAG/AeroDataBox flight-schedule data to track your departure flight.
How do you know which flight I'm on?+
When booking you provide the flight number (e.g. KL1004). That's how we link your booking to the live flight data. Without a flight number we use the pickup time you specify.
Can I see the flight status myself?+
Your confirmation email contains a link to your personal booking page with the current flight status and updated pickup time. On a major change we also inform you.
